How does the subscription work?
You pay a flat monthly fee for ongoing graphic design. Submit requests anytime, we work through them in order, and deliver designs continuously based on your plan’s turnaround.
What types of designs can I request?
You can request most everyday business design needs: marketing assets, social content, brand assets, promotional graphics, and more. Unfortunately, our team cannot design Figma mockups, websites, full brand guidelines or other large scale projects. Contact our support if you have large project needs.
Is it actually unlimited?
Yes. There’s no limit to the number of design requests you can submit. To keep quality and turnaround consistent, we work on a fixed number of active requests at a time based on your plan. Once a design is completed, the next request in your queue begins.
Won’t quality suffer if it’s “unlimited”?
No. Designs are completed individually, not in bulk. Your dedicated designer learns your brand over time, which improves consistency and quality with each request.
How is this better than hiring an in-house designer?
An in-house designer costs around $70,000 per year, plus hiring time, management and other risks & costs associated with internal hiring. Our subscription gives you ongoing design support at a fraction of the cost, with no long-term commitment.
